Docs2Site is a productivity tool that allows you to export Google Docs files to WordPress while keeping the formatting intact. This tool is perfect for publishing articles on your WordPress website that have been written in Google Docs. You can use this tool to instantly export and publish Google Docs files on your WordPress website.
Docs2Site is a valuable tool for anyone who needs to create and publish web content regularly. This can include writers, bloggers, editors, and content managers in a variety of industries.
We publish anywhere between 25 to 30 articles across our blogs network each month. We have also faced the hassle of reformatting each and every one of our blog articles when exporting them from Google Docs to WordPress. So, we decided to create a tool that can do it automatically and save us lots of time and effort.
Rather than just using Docs2Site as an internal tool, we decided to make it available to everyone so that you, too, can benefit from the amazing productivity boost that it provides.
When you first log in to Docs2Site, you will be guided step-by-step to connect Docs2site to your WordPress website. You will be asked to install our Docs2Site plugin from WordPress.org repository which will provide you with an authentication key. Then you will need to copy the authentication code from your WordPress and paste it in your account on Docs2Site. This allows you to add your WordPress site to Docs2Site.
No. You can have your Google Docs file be as large as you need. We will handle the export just as well.
Yes. When signing up for Docs2Site, we require you to install our plugin on your WordPress website. Our plugin will give you a unique JWT token that you then have to input into the Docs2Site platform. This will ensure that nobody, aside from you and your team using Doc2site, will access your website through Docs2Site.
We have a free plan that allows you to export up to 5 articles per month. The free plan is perfect for understanding how our product works or if you just need to publish not more than 5 articles per month. You can switch to a premium plan if you want to export more than 5 articles per month or export to more than one website.
Currently, Docs2Site is only compatible with WordPress, but we are working to support other platforms.
You can get specific packages if you want to use Docs2Site with multiple websites. You can even set up multiple users so that your team can use it too. Check our Pricing section for more information.
